Small-batch homebrew · Est. [YEAR]

Brewed in a garage.
Poured for friends.

Finniak Brewing is a one-garage operation turning out small batches of whatever sounds good this season — then sharing them with the people who show up.

How it gets made

Grain to glass, one garage

01

Mash

Crushed malt steeps in hot water to turn starches into the sugars yeast will eat later.

02

Boil

The sweet wort comes to a rolling boil and hops go in — early for bitterness, late for aroma.

03

Ferment

Chilled, pitched with yeast and left alone for a couple of weeks to do its thing.

04

Pour

Kegged or bottled, carbonated, and poured for whoever wandered into the garage.

The garage

No taproom. Just a door that rolls up.
